Refere-se a presente invenção a uma concepção de controle e monitoramento do meio ambiente especialmente criada para cenários hostis como os encontrados em alta mar, em um campo extração de petróleo.Sob um conceito totalmente distinto é proposto um sistema estrutural de viveros, resistentes às correntes marinhas, e, capaz de reduzir ao máximo a formação de incrustações sobre o viveiro e na ativação de um dispositivo automático de escovação.
