PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO DE LEVEDURAS PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE BEBIDAS FERMENTADAS. A presente invenção descreve um novo método de obtençao de leveduras em quantidades sificientes e metabolicamente ativas, a serem usadas no processo de fermentação para a fabricação de cerveja. Mais especificamente, o processo envolve o uso de um sistema bifásico de cultura, onde as células são cultivadas na presença simultânea de um meio de cultura sólido e de um meio de cultura líquido.
