Abstract
DETECÇÃO DE BACTÉRIAS EM FLUIDOS BIOLÓGICOS. A presente invenção se refere ao fornecimento de um método para detectar bactérias em fluidos biológicos, o método compreendendo colocar um fluido biológico possivelmente contendo bactérias em um recipiente, o recipiente incluindo um detergente para reduzir a respiração das células sanguíneas, e um promotor de crescimento bacteriano, e medir e/ou detectar o nível de glicose no fluido biológico no recipiente, ao longo de um período de tempo. É adicionalmente fornecido um sistema para executar o método.
