APARELHO EMISSOR DE LUZ COM SENSOR DE PRESENÇA PARA DETECÇÃO DE OVO FECUNDADO. Tratou a presente solicitação de patente de invenção a um aparelho emissor de luz com sensor de presença, desenvolvido para auxiliar o avicultor no trabalho de verificação se um ovo está ou não fecundado, para ser aplicado em encubatório, e na automação de máquina vacinadora de ovos, substituindo sistemas de fluorescente prejudicial ao olho humano. O presente aparelho é formado por um rebaixo (8) para posicionamento do LED (9) emissor de luz, e do sensor (10) da presença, responsável por ligar e desligar o LED (9).
