DECODIFICADOE E MÉTODO NO DECODIFICADOR PARA SINCRONIZAR A RENDERIZAÇÃO DE CONTEÚDOS RECEBIDOS ATRAVÉS DE DIFERENTES REDES.Trata-se de um conteúdo de áudio/vídeo transmitido por uma rede de banda larga.O método se baseia na rápida decodificação dos primeiros quadros de um grupo de imagens sem renderizá-las se o grupo de imagens chegar muito atrasado para que seja renderizado sincronicamente com outro conteúdo de aúdio/vídeo recebido através de uma rede de broadcast.O método permite a renderização sincronizada de conteúdos respectivamente recebidos por redes de broadcast e de bandas largas tão logo seja possível para o espector.
