Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangular background generally in yellow, having a vertical color gradient where the top and the bottom of the rectangle are the darkest and the middle is the lightest, the rectangular background having from the outmost edge inward the first border in green, the second border in white, and the third border in red; the center of the background has an oval shaped pictorial depiction of a dairy farm, having blue and white sky, green mountains, grey and white farm houses, green grass, black and white cows, a Spanish-style mission in white and brown, and two green palm-like trees, the oval shape having a red border; and at the lower-left corner of the oval shape, partially covering the oval shape, are two stylized words "Valle" on top of "Verde" aligned horizontally, and both of the words are in red with a black border.
