O registro de desenho industrial protege a forma ornamental de um objeto - objeto tridimensional - ou um conjunto de linhas e cores que possa ser aplicado a um produto industrial. O objeto do pedido de registro não se enquadra como um "objeto", e sim como um conjunto de linhas e cores o qual chamamos de "padrão ornamental".Assim sendo, o depositante deverá substituir o título - observando que "interface" é objeto de proteção de direito autoral, e, por este motivo, deverá ser suprimido do título, do relatório e da reivindicação - e harmonizar o pedido à exigência formulada.
