Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais instituído pela Portaria INPI/PR nº 36/2023, formulam-se as seguintes exigências: De acordo com o item 5.3.4 do Manual de Desenhos Industriais, cada vista do desenho industrial deverá ser apresentada em uma figura. Na apresentação atual do pedido, a figura 1.4 apresenta vistas duplicadas do desenho industrial. Apresentar a figura com apenas uma vista e remover o retângulo preto.Para o cumprimento desta exigência, utilizar o indexador de figuras do formulário eletrônico para a inclusão de figuras.
