O pedido apresenta mais de um desenho industrial, pois o objeto representado na figura 1.8 não compartilha das mesmas características distintivas preponderantes com o objeto representado nas demais figuras. Tal configuração não é permitida para um único pedido, conforme o item 5.3.3 do Manual e o art. 104 da Lei nº 9.279/1996. Solicita-se a divisão do pedido para que cada desenho industrial seja analisado em processo próprio ou a retirada da figura 1.8 deste pedido.
