Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais instituído pela Portaria INPI/PR nº 36/2023, formulam-se as seguintes exigências: [1] O atual pedido não atende aos requisitos do art. 104, conforme disposições do item 5.3.3 do Manual, pois os desenhos industriais representados nas figuras 1.1 a 1.4 e nas figuras 2.1 a 2.4 são distintos. O pedido deverá ser dividido, facultando-se ao requerente indicar o desenho industrial que será mantido no pedido original. O outro desenho industrial poderá ser depositado como pedido dividido.
