Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais instituído pela Portaria INPI/PR nº 36/2023, formulam-se as seguintes exigências: .[1] Verifica-se que há inconsistência entre as vistas: nas figuras 1.4 e 1.5 as mangas estão representadas como se fossem transparentes, sendo possível ver a linha de separação da manga para a lateral, mas nas demais figuras a manga está opaca. Em atenção ao item 5.3.4.4 do Manual reapresente as figuras correspondentes entre si: todas com a manga opaca ou todas com a manga transparente. .[2] Assim como no depósito, todos os dados do pedido (figuras, título e classificação) devem ser inseridos exclusivamente conforme instruções no item 3.5.2 G do Manual (recomendamos a leitura do item para ver o passo a passo).
