Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais instituído pela Portaria INPI/PR nº 36/2023, formulam-se as seguintes exigências:Não há adequação entre o título, o campo de aplicação e a representação das figuras. As figuras revelam uma embalagem e o título, bem como a classificação, indicam um padrão ornamental. Em atenção ao item 5.3.1.1 do Manual informe título que indique claramente o produto no qual o desenho industrial é aplicado. Se necessário, informe também nova classe mais adequada.
