As seguintes exigências foram formuladas com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais ? 2º revisão (out/2023), instituído pela Portaria INPI/PR nº 36/2023, acessível em http:// http://manualdedi.inpi.gov.br/projects/manual-de-desenho-industrial/wiki/Manual_de_Desenhos_Industriais: [1] De acordo com o item 5.3.4.3 do Manual, faculta-se ao depositante a apresentação de figuras com representação contextual usando linhas tracejadas ou colorização para representar partes para as quais não é reivindicada proteção. No entanto, é necessário incluir um esclarecimento na descrição do desenho industrial, a qual constará no relatório descritivo, quanto ao caráter contextual das linhas tracejadas incluídas na referida figura. Por exemplo: ?As linhas tracejadas representam elementos contextuais e não fazem parte do desenho industrial reivindicado?.
