Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais instituído pela Portaria INPI/PR nº 36/2023, formulam-se as seguintes exigências:Conforme o item 5.3.6 do Manual de Desenhos Industriais, não é permitida a inclusão, nas figuras, de caracteres, palavras ou elementos textuais que não façam parte da configuração do desenho industrial. As figuras foram apresentadas com legendas e/ou numeração de páginas. Reapresentar as figuras as legendas e numeração de páginas, pois o sistema gerará automaticamente as legendas e quantidade de páginas.Para o cumprimento desta exigência, utilizar o formulário eletrônico para a inclusão de figuras.
