Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais instituído pela Portaria INPI/PR nº 36/2023, formulam-se as seguintes exigências:O atual pedido não atende aos requisitos do art. 104, conforme disposições do item 5.3.3 Exame quanto à unidade do desenho industrial, pois não compartilham das mesmas características distintivas preponderantes. Um desenho industrial foi representado nas figuras 1.1 a 2.8. Outro desenho industrial foi representado nas figuras 3.1 a 3.8. O pedido deverá ser dividido, facultando-se ao requerente indicar o desenho industrial que será mantido no pedido original.Para o cumprimento desta exigência, utilizar o formulário eletrônico para a inclusão de figuras.
