As seguintes exigências foram formuladas com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais ? 2º revisão (out/2023), instituído pela Portaria INPI/PR nº 36/2023, acessível em http:// http://manualdedi.inpi.gov.br/projects/manual-de-desenho-industrial/wiki/Manual_de_Desenhos_Industriais: [1] O atual pedido não atende aos requisitos do art. 104, conforme disposições do item 5.3.3 do Manual, pois os desenhos industriais apresentados não compartilham das mesmas características distintivas preponderantes. Um desenho industrial foi representado nas figuras 1.1 a 2.7. Outro desenho industrial foi representado nas figuras 3.1 a 3.7. E outro desenho industrial foi representado nas figuras 4.1 a 4.7. O pedido deverá ser dividido, facultando-se ao requerente indicar o desenho industrial que será mantido no pedido original. Os demais desenhos industriais poderão ser depositados como pedidos divididos.
