Considerando-se o Manual de Desenhos Industriais, 1º revisão, acessível em http://manualdedi.inpi.gov.br/projects/manual-de-desenhoindustrial/wiki/, formula-se a seguinte exigência: [1] Reapresentar relatório descritivo incluindo a declaração por omissão de vistas dos objetos. Conforme item 3.7.2.2 do Manual de Desenhos Industriais, caso o pedido de registro de desenho industrial refira-se a objeto ou produto que possua vistas simétricas ou espelhadas, o relatório descritivo deverá incluir, após a lista de figuras, a seguinte declaração: "A vista (especificar: lateral, superior, inferior etc.) foi omitida por ser (especificar: espelhada ou simétrica) à figura (especificar a figura)". [2] Conforme item 3.7.3 do Manual, reapresente reivindicação incluindo a declaração por omissão de vistas do objeto.
