Considerando-se o Manual de Desenhos Industriais ? 2º revisão (out/2023), acessível em http:// http://manualdedi.inpi.gov.br/projects/manual-de-desenho-industrial/wiki/Manual_de_Desenhos_Industriais, formula-se a seguinte exigência: [1] Em atenção ao item 5.3.1.1.b do Manual, o registro do desenho industrial de um conjunto de linhas e cores pode indicar, além do produto bidimensional, o produto tridimensional em cuja superfície o produto bidimensional será aplicado. Por exemplo: ?estampa para tecido?, ?ornamento para embalagem?, ?ornamento para fraldas?, ?interface gráfica para dispositivo eletrônico? etc. Sugere-se alterar o título para: ?ornamento para jogo de tabuleiro?. Altere o título no relatório descritivo e na reivindicação.
