Conforme item 5.6 do Manual de Desenhos Industriais, reapresentar o jogo de figuras incluindo a vista em perspectiva , necessária para a suficiência descritiva do objeto do depósito. Reapresentar relatório descritivo e reivindicação incluindo a declaração por omissão de vistas do objeto. Conforme item 3.7.2.2 (a) e os modelos nos anexos do Manual de Desenhos Industriais, caso o pedido de registro de desenho industrial refira-se a objeto ou produto que possua vistas simétricas ou espelhadas, o relatório descritivo e reivindicação deverão incluir, a seguinte declaração: "A vista (especificar: lateral, superior, inferior etc.) foi omitida por ser simétrica à figura (especificar a figura)."
