Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais, formulam-se as seguintes exigências:(1) Com base na atual apresentação do pedido, não foi possível identificar diferenças entre os padrões das figuras 1.1, 2.1, 3.1 e 4.1. Caso os padrões constituam, de fato, variações configurativas, esclarecer qual (is) elemento (s) da forma varia (m) de uma para a outra. Caso a forma plástica do padrão seja exatamente a mesma, variando somente as cores, o depositante deverá apresentar novo conjunto de figuras, suprimindo as figuras 2.1, 3.1 e 4.1 ou numerando-as sequencialmente como Figura 1.1, Figura 1.2, Figura 1.3 e Figura 1.4, por se tratar do mesmo padrão.
