[1] De acordo com o item 5.5.4 do Manual, as figuras meramente ilustrativas são aquelas que revelam o objeto requerido, representado por linhas contínuas, e revelam também elementos meramente ilustrativos que não fazem parte da reivindicação do pedido, representados por linhas tracejadas. Durante o exame, observou-se que as figuras 1.8, 1.9 e 1.10 não são meramente ilustrativas, conforme descrito no relatório descritivo. Na verdade, esclarece-se ao requerente que as figuras mencionadas são perspectivas. [2] Pelo exposto, retifique o depositante no relatório descritivo as legenda das figuras 1.8 a 1.10 para ?Perspectiva?. Exemplo: Fig. 1.9 - Perspectiva. Ou então, reapresente o conjunto completo de imagens com a exclusão das figuras 1.8, 1.9 e 1.10, bem como o relatório descritivo corrigido com a supressão das legendas referentes a essas imagens.
