Conforme item 3.7.2.2 (a) e os modelos nos anexos do Manual de Desenhos Industriais, caso o pedido de registro de desenho industrial refira-se a objeto ou produto que possua vistas simétricas ou espelhadas, o relatório descritivo e reivindicação deverão incluir, a seguinte declaração: "A vistas lateral direita foi omitida por ser espelhada à figura 1.7." e "A vista lateral direita foi omitida por ser espelhada à figura 2.7."
