O título "botinha de palhaço" não define claramente o objeto. Bota está localizada na classe 02-04 - CALÇADOS, MEIAS E MEIAS-CALÇAS . No entanto, o pedido foi depositado com a classe 21-03. Como não parece se tratar de um calçado, esclarecer qual é o uso do objeto. Se for outro objeto e for necessário trocar o título, corrigir também relatório descritivo e reivindicação, em atenção ao item 5.6 do Manual de Desenhos Industriais
