O título do pedido deve ser claro, conciso e não deve incluir especificações técnicas ou vantagens funcionais do objeto. Corrija o título no relatório descritivo e na reivindicação. [2] De acordo com o item 3.8.1.2, a declaração de omissão de vista deverá ser incluída no relatório descritivo após a lista de figuras. Apresente relatório corrigido.Título adequado de ofício nos termos do item 5.6 da resolução 232/2019.
