Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais estabelecido pela Resolução 232/2019, bem como no comunicado publicado na RPI número 2523 de 14/05/2019, formulam-se as seguintes exigências:[1] Foram encontradas inconsistências entre as imagens de modo que algumas vistas apresentadas não são correspondentes entre si, não revelando o mesmo objeto. Enquanto a vista perspectiva (figura 1.1) revela uma superfície plana na parte superior do objeto, na figura 1.2 vemos uma forma cônica. Segundo item 5.5 do Manual, os desenhos ou fotografias deverão revelar a configuração do objeto de maneira coerente e consistente em todas as vistas. Reapresente as figuras, corrigindo o erro apontado de modo a harmonizar as vistas do objeto reivindicado.
