Considerando-se o Manual de Desenho Industriais, estabelecido pela resolução 232/2019, formula-se a seguinte exigência: [1] O relatório e a reivindicação deverão atender às condições estabelecidas pelo INPI, conforme art. 101 da Lei 9279/96. Para tal, reapresente o texto e a formatação do relatório descritivo e da reivindicação fielmente conforme modelo na seção Modelos do Manual de Desenhos Industriais. Os modelos encontram-se acessíveis em http://manualdedi.inpi.gov.br/projects/manual-de-desenho-industrial/wiki#Modelos. Caso não haja interesse em reapresentar relatório descritivo e reivindicação corrigidos, o requerente deverá declarar, no cumprimento desta exigência, que abdica dos mesmos. [2] Conforme item 5.8 do Manual de Desenhos Industriais, numerar as figuras sequencialmente de acordo com o padrão fig. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3... etc.
