Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais estabelecido pela Resolução 232/2019, bem como no Comunicado publicado na RPI Nº 2523 de 14/05/2019, formulam-se as seguintes exigências: (1) A atual apresentação do pedido faz referência a dois objetos independentes, que não guardam entre si as mesmas características distintivas preponderantes, de maneira que o pedido deverá ser dividido, conforme item 5.4 do Manual.(2) Manter no pedido original as figuras referentes a luminária. Adequar título, relatório descritivo e reivindicação.(3) Apresentar em um 1º pedido dividido as figuras referentes ao controle. Renumerar as figuras. Adequar relatório descritivo.
