Considerando tanto a LPI quanto o Manual de Desenhos Industriais pela Resolução 232/2019 (doravante Manual), formula-se a seguinte exigência:[1] haja vista que o Art. 100 da LPI dispõe não ser registrável como desenho industrial a forma determinada essencialmente por considerações técnicas ou funcionais e observando que não foi possível perceber características ornamentais nas formas visuais do pedido em tela, formula-se a seguinte exigência: esclareça quais elementos visuais do objeto reivindicado compõem tais aspectos ornamentais;[2] Reapresente o conjunto de imagens em que cada figura conste de uma folha, individualmente, e observando demais disposições dos itens 4.2.11 e 5.5 do Manual.
