Referente à Reivindicação de Prioridade nº 29/577,876, de 16/09/2016, por não haver correspondência entre a matéria apresentada na prioridade e a apresentada no depósito. A configuração dos raios do pneu, no pedido nacional, difere da configuração da Prioridade Unionista. Enquanto as figuras da prioridade apresentam os raios em posição intercalada, as figuras do pedido nacional apresentam tais elementos alinhados modificando substancialmente a configuração do objeto. A diferença é claramente visível tanto na perspectiva (fig. 1.2) quanto na vista lateral (fig. 1.3).
