Nesse sentido, preste esclarecimentos quanto à licitude de tais produtos e serviços à luz da legislação supracitada, bem como do disposto no art. 128, §1º, da Lei de Propriedade Industrial. Alternativamente, reapresente a especificação excluindo os itens acima indicados ou substituindo-os por itens lícitos e compatíveis com a respectiva classe.
